Hume Travel Corporation and www.humetravel.com acts as a selling agent for tour operators, airlines, hotel companies and car rental companies (SUPPLIERS). These suppliers provide the customers with travel products or services purchased online through www.humetravel.com.
When a product or service is purchased through www.humetravel.com this creates a contractual agreement between the customer and the supplier and the customer is thereby subjected to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances can Hume Travel Corporation or www.humetravel.com be held liable or legally responsible for any possible displeasure brought upon by the supplier/s. This includes but is not limited to loss, damage or injury of any nature, delays or inconveniences. While Hume Travel Corporation would like to hear about any such issues, the customer must contact the applicable supplier to resolve any dissatisfaction or complaint.
Pricing
Fares are not valid until ticketed.
Please be aware that not all airlines have ticketing agreements even though they have fare agreements.
If we cannot offer the price as originally quoted you will have the option to cancel without penalty.
Online Payment
As online bookings are discounted in price from a regular call in booking, full payment must be made at time of booking. This enables Hume Travel Corporation and www.humetravel.com to continue to provide such discounts to our customers.
Online payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. 100% of the total amount will be applied to the credit card at time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds
Once payment has been made, the booking instantly becomes 100% non-refundable, as specified in the supplier’s terms and conditions. Your only protection is to purchase cancellation insurance, which also has a set of terms and conditions attached. If you have purchased cancellation insurance and meet the insurance company’s terms and conditions for a refund, such will be granted by the insurance company. Hume Travel Corporation strongly recommends that travel insurance be purchased without exception.
